Stardoll Scamming Now?

Today I went to buy more superstar membership, using my cellphone. Everything was going good, i gave stardoll my cellphone number and they took money of my phone, but they didn't add more days to my superstar membership. I was so frustrated and when i went to visit my friend, I found out that he had the same problem as me! get your act together stardoll. I dont think I can trust stardoll anymore.

    This always happens to me. And when you buy the pre-paid cards, i thought superstar membership
    was meant to go up for that too?
    well it didn't with me. :o
